Taking a Break From Social Media
I like firmly believe that creators need to just absolutely do nothing they just need time to be with themselves and get inspiration from that present moment. I become so much more clear about who I am when I'm away from social media because when you're constantly browsing through people's life yes people have beautiful content but there's also so much noise. My biggest advice is to one to always take a break from social media even if it's a dayEven if it's one day break take a break but also filter through who you're following you will be so surprised at what happens. You won't even realize how necessary it is until you're not picking up your phone and you're not feeling
