The Private Sector Is Your Allies, Right?
Leston: 95% of government budgets and staff are allocated to government as provider. This means, intrinsically, in the dione of the government, is a deep distrust of the private sector. The second half of the book is then recognizing that these concepts are still very abstract. Leston: For a government to take action on it, for people to get galvanized around it, governments organized round sectors,. Around departments. And there's actually a very subtle and interesting kind of aside, right? which we can talk about this specifically in the context if, say, copse and police.
