Michael and the Teenage Catarina

We see someone making their way out of the cave as this figure emerges into the daylight and open space. We see that it's Michael still in his skeleton costume. And then he starts running through the woods, returns home,. He starts noticing things that I think in retrospect, it's easy to say he looks at them as if they don't belong. But all of which leads us to a pretty damn big reveal at the end of the episode.
