Is the Specular Reflection on the Moon a Reflection?

If you had a shiny ball held out in the sun, you see one little bright mistres. Concrete or rock, like the moon, is not highly reflective. Six months later, we're on the other side of the sun and it should be a whole nother set of stars. We could see three times as much mercury at twilight because our eyes are so used to seeing daylight. Another problem with heliocentric models is that they don't account for solar winds which change direction during the day. And lastly, how must homin over nine months of the year look into a whole end of the universe? It depends on angles and so do many other things.
