Meditation - A Book Review
There's a much stronger reason to get up in the morning and do that thing, if you can figure out your why. The first night came home and managed to eat something. I think i must have been in bed by nine o'clock. And i slept. It was a quality of sleep, a depth of sleep, that i have not experienced in a long, long time. That has been every single night of this course. So there's definitely even that is evidence of this is definitely having some sort of impact.
