What Is a Moral Law?

A judge in a common law system can essentially decide that there is a law that has been broken. Morality is one of the things that causes the law to be one way or the other. Another type of law is what I think of as incident laws and this means something has happened and now there's a law to inhibit that happening again. The great thing about inventing incident laws is that they give us a little bit of history and small bits and we can make these up as we go along with an idea. It doesn't take very long.
