Is This Land Just Getting Passed Around?

It was owned for essentially 82 years or actually a little longer because Edith Myers was still around. And then from the 90s on, it seemed to quickly, yeah, change hands with all with various purposes. So instead, they now do their own private investigations on the land with similar high tech equipment, including a personal command center. It is official private property with no access to the public, no more trespassing, no more stories, no more research.
