How to Deal With a Drawdown in Your Trading
Most of it was bond spreads, which is where most of the drawdown came from. I made up some spreadsheets about like my equity sort of curve on what I've made through my time at the prop firm. And that helps just gives you reassurance that you're not broken. The strategy is not broken. This is just to draw down,. There's a big difference between going through a period where your strategy is actually just completely fucked and you need to trade something else.
