The Flow of Time
In the philosophical view of a growing block universe, you still end up with a part of a block. Every instantiation of a self in that big block had the thought that time was passing. That psychological feeling comes from at every moment of time, you and your brain carry around an image of the world that has just passed. And it's that unequal comparison between the impressions we have of the immediate future and the projections into the near future which is what gives us the idea of the time flowing in that direction.
