How to Make a Name for Yourself
I was born with a name that i don't use, but it was not necessarily a desire to move away from that name. I think there's a history and kind of a culture of nicknaming and latin american cultures. And one thing that i found was, you know, as a white latina, i never had challenges really. It was the question of, does the professor know who i am by what name i preferred to go by? So in my my pece and the article, imay break down that history more in part, i think, to appeal to even a judge.
