The Russian Empire and the Crimean Tatars

Stalin was huge on moving populations from one place to an mm-hmm I mean if you look at the Baltic nations They some of them still have very large Russian populations and that's on purpose. The Soviet Union had a very obvious strategy that Putin is himself trying to recreate in Metruple right now. It's something that they've been trying to do in Crimea But yeah, like this idea of bringing in a bunch of ethnic Russians who then will always feel loyal to Russia.
