In many Arthurian legends and stuff, you have the fool that becomes the king. The law giver may be an epileptic camel driver like Muhammad or a megalomaniac provincial upstart like Napoleon. There's only one thing in common among such persons: They are all mad that is inspired. Nearly all primitive people possess this tradition, at least in a diluted form.
