Fond Food Memories of Growing Up

When you think of your childhood, what's the meal that you think of? My mum couldn't be bothered to cook. She saw it as an absolute chore. It was weird because my nap and her mum was really into the cooking. We would have like a proper sit down lunch with dessert. And again in the evening, I was like, God. When she was retired, she had all the time in the world. But yeah, fingers crispy pancakes. Everything were chips. What else did we have? Fish fingers. Sardine, like... You have that sandwich spread.
