I see a lot of people interested in this topic and sort of helping organization to become more customer-centric. I don't see that many service design professionals stumbling upon governance. So I'm really curious. At what point did you think, maybe it's governance that I'm trying to grasp with? One of my first projects or collaboration with the company was somewhere in 2015-16.
