Strength Training Is So Important
Last year we launched this project called Couch to Kilo's, which was to get women into the gym. I think there are areas of the gym which traditionally are in the male or female. And actually what you need is access to all because strength training is absolutely huge. It's so important. If you haven't got any time, I would use it for strength. But I know I'm not going to become Britain's strongest woman. That's off the agenda. But it is very, very important to do that."
