#983: I’m back with beloved superstar author and speaker Andy Andrews to talk about his personal habits for success. Though in addition I asked him to discuss some of the top habits he would espouse for us all as he seeks to influence the world with positive cultural literacy. He brings us back to, as you heard, the power we have over what we let into our minds. What we allow to influence us for better or worse. It’s incredibly elementary but the profound common sense that is not so common. How often do we get worked up over news or relational interactions that we did not have to participate in? How often do we choose to partake of input from sources we voluntarily engaged with? And how often do we get to the end of the day and are able to measure an amount of positive, inspiring, and life building input we are proud of and lifted by? The days so often happen to us and we don’t guard or intentionally budget the diet we feed our minds. So listen in to this and other golden nuggets from Andy.
