Forest Hill's Gardens Is an Urban Oasis
Forest hill's gardens was built in the first decade of the twentieth century as an urban oasis to prove that you could live the good life within the city limits, away from the chaos and the riff raff. The big arterial roads are outside, and people don't feel like they can enter, so you have less traffic. Most of the houses are tudor style, instead of a grid. Unlike most of new york city, you need to have a permit to park here.
