What Is Your Job?
Sotemy: How many people define their jobs essentially as what you do? Do you agree that it's a more expansive definition to start thinking of your job as the goal you pursue, as trying to accomplish something? And then what you do becomes subservient. So if i ask you now, what is your job? Would you think about it now? I'm going to get you another hundred dollars that in three minutes i make you change your mind again. Don't tell me it's ok. But really, your job is not about yourself. And your company is not about you as employees. It's what what is the goal you pursued? What is the goal i pursue?
