I was watching a TikTok video where the person said, don't add the baking powder to the cake mix in the blender or mixer. I'm never going to eat to test the difference because I've just always been like, throw it all in. It's done cake Right. So here's what my grandma always said, I needed to sift all the dry ingredients together to get the best cake rise. That's what critical thinking is. And then, yeah, yeah, somebody says it is cream of tartar. Okay. Somebody in the comments will let us know.
