She's an interesting area politically for her because at least some of this is appealing both to political progressives and to certain business interests who share an interest in causing more housing development, she says. The upzoning politics I think are very good overall for Kathy Hochl as it's something the real estate industry absolutely wants the opportunity to build in the suburbs.
