I would say I knew that it was it was distorted thinking from the time I was 19 or so when I was first diagnosed with depression. It wasn't something I could really share with with many people and I I still didn't understand that it was that it was in illness. There are some side effects that are the positive in that I feel like depressed people are more empathetic than the average person. They're they're able to provide some comfort to other depressed people but it's just it's it's wily it's w Lily, she says.
