Do You Think the Second Amendment Is a Constitutional Orphan?
Im: After hell, we saw the lower courts do a lot of random things and be irresponsible with intermediate scrutiny. Do you think that we're going to see the orts do the same thing? Or have they learned their lesson? Im: They will do the same and more yes, they'll do the samething. The real energy is still going to be mainly political, as opposed to judicial.
