This episode is all about self care and self care for me is having small daily practices that really just are a part of my everyday life. I think many of us would benefit from doing a body scan before bed and then do you have any practices for accepting your body accepted our physical body this is one of the ones that for many people is so hard because we receive a lot of conditioning about what our body should be able to do. When you are having a moment of comparison or judgment for yourself acknowledge oh this is a standard I feel like I'm supposed to be living up to where did this come from is this a standard that I actually want to step into.
