The Dark Matter Problem

G4V causes the starlight of distant galaxies to appear slightly dimmer than general relativity predicts. But there was a perceptual artifact that created the appearance of dark energy in his theory, according to people discussing it on the physics stack exchange. He never talked about dark matter. I don't know why he didn't talk about dark Matter. It does seem like there might be something there.
