When i look into good areas for short term rentals, there are a select few places that almost always show up. Joshua tree, the smokes, yellowstone, central florida and even around orlando. Those stand out because they're like your traditional vacation rental areas. And over the last several years, yes, we've seen people buy into those markets. It's such an accepted practice now, it's not just vacation rental areas any more.
