I'm really curious about goals because I've recently heard a couple of different perspectives on goals and their role in helping people to change the status quo effectively. How do you help people to set goals that aren't going to set them up for disappointment? It's part of it is having a structure of some kind a plan what is your plan of action how do you know you're being successful towards the goal or sub goals that you have decided on so this is this iteration that you were talking about that oh that's not working let's try a different tactic right right?" "People just have to understand that that's how things will will turn out"
