Cat: We should be changing the language used to describe patients. Zoe: I think we have a responsibility to work out what language would be acceptable for them. Cat: When doctors are talking about patients, they 're talking about them in terms that suggest those patients don't have agency. And i think that it does so in a very insidious way among doctors.
