The Tsar's Plan to Free the Slavs of Bosnia

Trotsky ridiculed Russia's interest in pan-Slavism. He basically says, we social democrats must decisively oppose this absurd and harmful agitation. But aren't there some Slavs near our home who need to be liberated from Tsar's rule? The Poles are Slavs too, yet their situation under the heel of the autocracy is incomparably worse than that of the Serbs under Austria. So the Tsar may seize them in his own dirtier and bloodier grip. Good for him.
