Eating healthfully is not a problem in and of itself. What I want to talk about is when eating healthfully becomes obsessive, interferes with your functioning,. Cause you distress, creates suffering. You lose time because of it. Most people around you do not have the same experience with eating healthfully. It dictates where you eat, how you eat, what you eat, the ingredients. That's orthorexia. And we know that in fact, if you have orthorexia and you are obsessed with healthy eating, it can have a very negative impact on your health. It can be fatal.
