Is There a Skill Gap in Instructional Designers?

Freedom learning group is addressing the skeels gap in instructional designers. They're sourcing their instructiona designers from the military unspecifically veterans and military spouses have deep stem and tech subject matter experts. It's working great, i think a quarter a hired in 250 plus vets and military spouses into their into their programme.
