Anton: Career lettering is an amazing topic for a long string of poadcasts, and was definitely one of the, one of the few most impaful things we've delivered as managers in the engineering organization. In this mine said the importance of making people around you better and focusing on the success of the ever growing, ever splitting, ever reinventing itself team were like 80, 90 % of what seniority meant for us. Anton: When you're a hundred thousand people are to people, you have to operate that way. But itis very differet when you're 50 people growing to a hundred, and 50 growing to 300.
