Cohort to Community Model
I love your model, and i think a lot of people do too. Like you can get a group of people and they become pretty close pretty fast. Because of that intensive cohort experience, what i started to do a little bit more intentionally is integrate the cohorts a little bit better. Your community will often tell you. It's amazing. And if you're paying attention, like you said, like you sarcene trens yore, like i've gotten three males in this last, like, cohort round. About this, i want to pay attention to, see as something to add.
