How to Use Less Filler Words to Improve Confidence

A lot of us are used to saying, um, as you know, that's right. Why shouldn't we use these filler words? And do you have any advice in terms of how to get rid of them? Pausing can be a great way to show that you're thinking to provide emphasis. Um, rather than just saying it because it's easy, pause for, for a second.
