The Complexity of Goal Setting
The companies that thrived during chaos, which is the title of Tom Peters' book in the 1980s. They kept doing the same thing, they planned their work and worked their plan and they didn't adjust to change reality. And so principles provide a way of it's not laissez-faire,. It's not chaos, what you often have are much shorter term goals. So one of the things that emerges in a principles focused kind of way of working is you're building social capital.
