Data Protection Principles - Is That a Valid Presumption?
There seems to be underlying principle, or underlying presumption, that everything that the state authorities or officials do are necessarily done in the public interest. Is that a valid presumption to make? Because that seems to be the presumption underlying the law's provisions. Whatever the government does is in public interest, therefore, and so on so forth.
