Data Protection Principles - Is That a Valid Presumption?
There seems to be underlying principle, or underlying presumption, that everything that the state authorities or officials do are necessarily done in the public interest. Is that a valid presumption to make? Because that seems to be the presumption underlying the law's provisions. Whatever the government does is in public interest, therefore, and so on so forth. And then, of course, guided by a certain legislation, and with adequate safeguards, doct ajust adjust to salt interp i was just trying to wan you, you spoke about safeguards and exemptions inow.
