The Size of the Offering to Fit Demand

We have no plans for any secondary offering, I think this has been sufficiently publicized. There's a large network of selling group members so that people that are interested but wanted to buy in a smaller denomination will have had their chance. At present indications there would be 350,000 shares out. So the market should, starting Thursday morning on the exchange, there should be,. in my opinion, a reasonable market based on that kind of quantity and number of people buying. We'reoj, put attention, we'll see the net I think I'll leave that one up to you.
