"I only eat two or three times a day. Like I have a smoothie for breakfast and then depending on how busy the day is, I'll sometimes stop at lunch and have just a big salad," he says. "At the very end of the day is when I eat all my carbohydrates. So my body is forced to be burning fatty acids the whole day."
