The Impact of Narcissism on Family Members

There is a difference between parents that have, you know, a degree of narcissism to their personality or high ego and parents that can't see the, the, the achievements of their children. That doesn't mean something's wrong with you even if somebody diagnosed this disorder. It's okay to have some recognition that we are the product of the life that we've lived. And also it's acknowledging that it's so deeply personal and also it's not about you at all. If you can recognize that those not working for you're already ahead of the game. You're already farther than your parent ever got.
