Why Should the Failure Loom So Large?
I think it's a great question, but isn't it, doesn't it come down to the difference between consciousness and the unconscious, right? Like, like unconsciously we're drawn to the failure, the interruption. But then consciously our whole consciousness is oriented around the idea of success. So that's why unconsciously we're all the time subverting the smooth operation or seeking something that subverts the smooth operation. And so I think that's the answer to your question. Well, because the structure of consciousness is such that it can't turn every failure into a model of success,. It strives for success and cannot grasp the way that failure is the engine for it.
