I Wish Group Training Would Fuck and Die

Group training in a group setting is probably doing more harm than it is good for those people. They need individualized, custom programmes designed to improve their specific movements and deficiencies that they have in those movements. And then they have specific needs to their their nutritional needs because of their personal lationship with food and their lack of whatever nutrients they're not getting in their diet. But at the end of the day, it is introducing that many more people to the fitness space. It now allows those of us that are providing real value, real good information, to to eventually capture them.
