What's the Difference Between Regulation and Rule?
The longer I'm in payments industry, the more I realize that indeed it's about rules and regulations that govern how payments actually work. So there's different ways that payments can get regulated both at the federal level here in the US,. federal and state laws in other countries. And then there's also a number of private network rules that can get put into place that institutions and those participating in payments have to comply with as well.
