The Indiginous Peoples
i wanted to start to night's reflection by honoring the indiginous peoples. I'm very thinking often of this land here, this land that we're on right here in bethesda. And if you go back in history, it was the home of two primary groups of indigenous pepils. Within 40 years of initial contact with the white europeans, within forty years, 78 % of them were gone.
