If you're going to compete with people in what people call winner take most markets you need to be fat. The fail fast mantra somehow in Silicon Valley means launch product, pivot change your product. Make sure your name doesn't box you into a corner. Consider conventional wisdom I say if you can avoid the three F's and for anyone who doesn't know what they are it's friends and family but Mark Zuckerberg is Steve Jobs' cousin.
