Do You Have a Big Strength Reserve?
If someone has a big strength reserve, then they don't have to focus on the strength development as much. So you can take it away from the strength develop and put it into the snatch in the cleanager. Somebody who's taken anabolic is gong to have a high strength reserve - so training can be moreba. But if you don't have a highstrength to serve, then you have to be mindful of how you're allocating that stress. I think, tha, your you're ov your creating too much stress.
