You want to become familiar with what that HOA fee is and the frequency, how often you're going to pay it. For example, some HOA's you pay once a year. It could be $500, $200. There are some HOA fees that you pay every month. So it all depends, right? And I think that for some people, it makes sense, you know, to pay $100 or $200 a month for an HOA that allows you to have a community pool and a playground for your kids. You will have the time to bring an inspector to make sure that you're not buying a bad house.
