When I was like an earth first teenager, I had a more conciliatory view towards those systems where I really thought we could exist in some kind of dynamic tension. And I really have had like a few experiences where I thought that what I was doing, the sort of like direct action that I was taking, right? That, you know, the logging road blockades or the timber sale administrative appeals or whatever they were involved with. But on some sense, I overestimated the extent to which they at least saw the same variables as I did, right? They may have different perceptions of those variables, but they were at least aware of them. You know, and then so like one
