Earning the Right to Be Heard

There are far too many Christians who are known for conflict with people that you have no relationship with. One of the surefire ways to really truly ruin a community is through gossip and dissension. Do they trust me? Do they know that I have their best interest in my heart? Am I someone that's around them, or am I just a random stranger?
