Folly is what lets us fall into excess that benefits people, right? So the Nietzschean talk about asceticism really came to me. On the one hand, he criticizes in part two of this, like the monks. And he even clues war in this. It's a little weird. He doesn't like go into detail of why he thinks war might be great but actually accomplishing anything.
