Carlton: I give my email out to anyone who buys my books and places. And so I get a lot of emails and it's a lot of time for me. It can take an hour to craft the perfect reply, which then turns out it wasn't the perfect reply. But there is a cost to that. Every single thing you have to give it enough thought to determine whether or not it's about it.
