What Up to Means in English?

Some people move abroad when they get transferred in their company. In english, we can use the word branch to talk about one part of the company that's located in a different location. And another reason is because you fall in love with some one from another country. This is why i moved to mexico, because i met my wife here. My wife abroad. So that's what up to means in english.
